A NEW DIMENSION OF COMFORT AND PERFORMANCE
The
DUFOUR 44
was born out of the passion of a whole team of
experts in their field. By consequence, sailors
are pleased by her aesthetics, performance,
safety and comfort at sea.
Fast and comfortable
The
Dufour 44 represents the perfect
combination of excellent quality sailing and a
standard of life on board not often found. The
boat is inherently fast however, she is still a
cruising boat. Those who want to race can do so
comfortably and confidently. Those who prefer to
cruise long ocean passages, inland waterways and
Great Lakes can do so with a great deal of
safety, speed and style. She is wonderful and
easy to sail when short handed.
The
Dufour 44 is built with the intention
that her owner is going to spend long periods of
time off-shore passage making. The truth be
known, very few of us have the time in our lives
to accomplish this. It is good to know that the
boat you are on with your family and friends has
such a solid reputable foundation. Like the
other Dufour models, she is all about sailing in
the truest sense of the word. |
