Yacht description |
|
The prestigious new
Impression 514 premiered at the Genoa Boat Show
in October 2006 with production to commence in
2007. The design comes from the desk of Rob
Humphreys.
Performances and handling
The
Elan
Impression 514 is a commanding
fast cruising yacht with a keel-stepped mast and
a powerful performance hull. Humphreys’ hallmark
configuration of the keel, rudder, rig and hull
design produces a well balanced yacht with high
stability and response.
Accommodation
On deck the twin wheel steering system offers
both a perfect position for the helmsman and
easy access to the transom. The push of a button
opens the garage door which serves as a swimming
platform when fully opened creating easy access
to the water. Designated garage space stores the
tender. BBQ grill to port and sink with hot and
cold water to starboard while a retractable
hydraulic gangway eases the access on and off
the yacht. |
